General Policy

Customers who bought items from our Online Store have a 7-day Return or Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Return or Exchange.

Valid reasons for return or exchange include the following:

  • Product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website.
  • Faulty, defective, or damaged product;
  • Product that is not as advertised on the website;
  • Wrong item is delivered;
  • Item has missing parts or accessories

Invalid reasons for return or exchange (under the Consumer Act of The Philippines RA 7394)

  • Change of mind (includes change in color)
  • Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
  • Discovery of the lower price of the same item from another store

Please be advised of the terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

  1. Please make sure that the original copy of the Sales Invoice is with you.
  2. Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or receipt of the item/s.
  3. Item/s for return or exchange must be unused, in good condition as delivered, and in its original packaging. This does not apply to items found defective upon purchase.
  4. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and evaluation of items.
  5. The mode of refund will be based on the original payment mode.
  6. The return shipping costs will only be shouldered by Deos Home Store if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
  7. Processing of refund shall take 15 working days from the date of approval for cash payments and may take an additional 15 days for credit card payments, which includes bank processing.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NOTE: We highly suggest to record a video of unboxing the item/package to support your claims

 

Exchanges

Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same of higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount of item chosen for exchange if it has lower value than the original item.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Cancellation

Once payment is made and confirmed, orders from deoshomestore.com can no longer be cancelled.
