Warranty Information

This limited warranty is valid only on APPLIANCE PRODUCTS purchased and used in the Philippines that have been installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product.

To receive warranty service, the purchaser must contact Deos Home Store at shopdeosonline@gmail.com for problem determination and service procedures.

Warranty service can only be performed in physical store which is located at Kapitan Simeon Luz St., Brgy 2, Lipa City, Batangas. The original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of purchase to the physical store to receive warranty service.

 

Warranty Service

In-home service is not available in all areas. To receive the warranty service please contact us or go to our physical store so we can assist you with your concern. Moreover, transportation going to Deos Home Store service center is the responsibility of the purchaser.


Warranty Period

STANDARD: 7 days replacement on all APPLIANCE PROUDUCTS

ADDITIONAL Warranty coverage can differ by products, model/year, please look at the user manual for your unit to check your coverage.
